Nicole Licardi

Nicole Licardi Rabalais has more than 20 years of experience in political fundraising. She is the owner of a successful fundraising firm and is known for her strategic approach, strong organizational skills, and ability to raise money in highly competitive political environments.

Throughout her career, Nicole has raised money for open-seat races, protected targeted freshman members, and helped defeat a three-term United States Senator. Several current Members of Congress have relied on her to help build effective campaign teams and fundraising operations, trusting her experience in high-profile and challenging races. Her work also includes fundraising for presidential, gubernatorial, and attorney general campaigns.

A native of Mandeville, Louisiana, Nicole earned a B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 2005. After graduation, she moved to Washington, D.C., where she worked for the National Republican Congressional Committee during the 2006 election cycle and later
served as assistant to the managing partner at a lobbying firm, where she helped build the firm’s political action committee. After nearly six years in Washington, she raised money for competitive House campaigns in Arkansas and Wisconsin before returning to Louisiana.

Upon returning home in 2013, Nicole served as the in-state fundraiser for Bill Cassidy during his successful campaign against Senator Mary Landrieu. In 2016, she began working with multiple clients, including Mike Johnson during his first run for Congress in Louisiana’s 4th District, and continues to represent him today. He now serves as the 56th Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Nicole lives in Mandeville with her husband, Wes, and their two dogs, and
enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking at home with Wes.
