Michael B. Henderson, Ph.D.

Michael Henderson is an assistant professor of political communication at Louisiana State University’s Manship School for Mass Communication, where he teaches courses on politics and government in Louisiana.

He also serves as Director of the school’s Public Policy Research Lab, where he leads the Louisiana Survey, an annual survey of public opinion in the state. In addition to his scholarly publications, his work has appeared in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, and the Atlantic.

He received his Ph.D. in Government and Social Policy from Harvard University in 2011.
